PETROYAĞ VE KİMYASALLAR SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPPD’’) within the framework of the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data on the Website of PETRO YAĞ VE KİMYASALLAR SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, which is presented to your information by PETRO YAĞ VE KİMYASALLAR SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Petroyağ”) for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities in the presence of your explicit consent, 

• (i)    In case you have your consent in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the data is collected, processed, stored electronically for a limited period of time within the scope of brand and product promotions and management of certain services and features, transferred to its suppliers and third parties from which it receives services for processing or storage by observing the measures stipulated by the legal regulation, 
• (ii)    and shared with the relevant third parties to the extent necessary by complying with data protection and security measures to communicate for any commercial and non-commercial purpose,  

to manage Petroyağ's data, to define and implement commercial and business strategies, to distribute e-mails, for research and analysis purposes including your contact information such as e-mail and mobile phone number, to carry out communication, advertising and marketing activities with you and to inform you about new products and campaigns.

In this regard, I hereby confirm that I have given my explicit consent to process my personal data for the purposes set out above in accordance with the LPPD and that Petroyağ will continue the aforementioned data processing activities unless I make a request for the deletion/anonymization or destruction of my personal data.
