Since the R&D Center application for the Petroyag R&D Center was approved in 2017, the company has continued its work at full speed, uninterrupted, and served all sectors where lubricants are used, with the contributions of colleagues who joined the company and simultaneously pursued academic careers with Petroyag’s encouragement. It provides niche products for diverse needs, from the food and health sectors to metal processing and agriculture. This not only reduces our country’s external dependency but also increases profitability with high-value-added products.

The R&D Center, strengthened by postgraduate-educated staff and academic collaborations, develops projects using alternative, preferably natural-sourced, low-cost raw materials, as demonstrated in the company’s TÜBİTAK projects. The products and cost advantages derived from these projects benefit the various sectors it serves. In this context, the company has accelerated its efforts by revisiting and updating its short-term strategies. It aims to continue conducting projects by quickly addressing sector needs, researching more environmentally friendly products, and enhancing development processes. This approach adds new momentum to the company’s product development initiatives.

With this perspective, the company continues to pioneer the sector by anticipating and implementing future technologies through R&D activities that enhance intellectual property rights and foster creativity and innovation.
