PETROYAG Lubricants

As one of the leading brands in Türkiye’s industrial lubricants market, Petroyag operates a highly automated production facility located in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons. The Company exports to more than 50 countries, primarily across Europe and represents the strength of Turkish industry in global markets.

Petroyag manufactures the solutions it develops for its growing international customer portfolio in compliance with international standards for quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety. With its modern production facilities and advanced technology investments, the Company adopts a production approach focused on efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Beyond meeting the raw material needs of industry, Petroyag aims to serve as a solution partner by offering highperformance products specifically designed for sectoral requirements. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Petroyag places sustainability at the core of its corporate strategies. The Company’s strategic management process is conducted in accordance with the PR-52 Strategic Management Procedure, aligned with the EFQM Excellence Model and Integrated Management Systems.

  • • The Purpose, Vision, and Mission are reviewed annually by the Executive Board and updated in alignment with sustainability commitments. In this context, Petroyag’s purpose is to lead the sector with energy-efficient and innovation-driven products while creating value for society and the environment.
  • • Strategies are developed each year with a threeyear forward-looking perspective under the X+3 approach, taking into account global trends, industry dynamics, and stakeholder expectations.
  • • Through the Voice of Key Stakeholders (VOKS) approach, expectations of customers, employees, suppliers, business partners, and society are systematically gathered and integrated into the strategic decision-making process.
  • • During the strategic planning process, SWOT, PEST, and Scenario Analyses are conducted; opportunities and risks are prioritized, and critical success factors are identified.
  • • Strategic objectives and initiatives are cascaded throughout the organization via Strategy Game Plans, and are monitored through performance indicators aligned with the SMART principles.
  • • The effectiveness of strategies is reviewed twice a year by the Executive Board, and continuous improvement is ensured through game plans and corporate scorecard results.
