We are very excited to announce our new project Petroyag Academy! This academy aims to continuously improve the knowledge, skills and competencies of our employees on our company's journey to sustainable success.
Within Petroyag Academy, we offer two new and exciting training approaches:
HR School will focus on operational/technical trainings, Executive Development Programs, Internal Trainings, New Graduate and Orientation Program, etc. prepared by our People and Culture Department and will help our talents maximize their potential and create a more productive and positive environment at work.
The Business School will offer a wide range of content such as white papers, sectoral trainings, sectoral trends and technical studies. Here, we will gain a better understanding of the dynamics of the business world, follow sectoral innovations and reinforce our experiences with real-life examples.
At Petroyag, we strongly believe in the importance of supporting the continuous learning and development of our employees. Petroyag Academy aims to contribute to both individual and corporate success as a reflection of this belief. We initiated academy trainings organized by Petroyag to continuously improve the knowledge and skills of our employees. These trainings are designed to keep up with innovations in the sector and increase professional competencies. We are currently working on the Metalube Training to be organized by Petroyag Academy - Business School!
Significant topics will be discussed in the technical training to be provided by a team of experts from the UK on November 12-13.
This training will help you learn more about Metalube products and how to use them effectively in application areas.
Hotmelt Adhesive Sector Training organized by Petroyag Academy - Business School was successfully carried out with the participation of our employees, dealers and all stakeholders.
During the training, important issues such as Hotmelt adhesive types, Petroyag products used in Hotmelt and mineral oil selection were discussed and valuable information was provided to the participants.
