HONNING OIL SERIES

HONNING OIL, is honing oils formulated with great care, utilizing carefully selected, highly refined high-quality mineral oils and special additives. They provide excellent performance in honing operations of cylinder blocks and valve bodies, thanks to their superb lubrication and cooling properties.

Due to their ability to keep the grinding stone consistently clean, they are particularly recommended for tool sharpening and grinding processes requiring precise surface quality, as well as for turning and milling operations involving non-ferrous metals.

Thanks to its excellent cleansing ability, it easily removes metal particles generated during the honing process from the environment.
It is successfully used in processes requiring high quality and precision.
It does not contain harmful components for human and environmental health, such as chlorine.
Due to its extremely superior thermal stability, it continues to function without losing its properties even at high temperatures.

Used in all types of honing operations, including honing of irons used in the production of cylinder blocks and valve bodies.
