MACKEREL QF SERIES

MACKEREL QF 15, is a mineral based heat treatment oil designed to obtain a fast and stable cooling curve in tempering, hardening and other heat treatment processes of steel. During the tempering process, It controls the heat transfer and provides hardening of the steel. It prevents unwanted formations that cause bending and cracks.

It provides maximum and homogeneous cooling on the surface.
Fits very well with different components.
It provides high thermal conduction.
It has a high heat transfer rate with low viscosity.
It has a very long lifetime.

Used in continuous and open annealing systems for annealing, hardening, and other heat treatment processes of steel.
