BONITO PAO SERIES

BONITO PAO Series is a bearing and gear oil formulated by combining synthetic base oils and new generation zinc-free additives that do not leave residue. BONITO PAO Series has a very low pour point and an inherently high viscosity index (VI) that helps ensure easy starting at low temperatures while maintaining excellent viscosity characteristics at very high temperatures. It is very stable against shear forces and maintains its viscosity even when subjected to heavy mechanical shearing forces in heavily loaded bearings and gears.

BONITO PAO Series, new generation zinc-free additives provide superior oxidative stability. Field testing reports that lower operating temperatures are possible due to the reduction in heat build-up due to friction.

It provides longer service life by protecting the equipment even under high temperature and mechanical stress due to its excellent oxidation stability.
It increases the life and performance of gears and bearings in closed reducer operating extreme load, speed and temperature conditions.
It helps to extend oil life and drainage intervals.
It helps to reduce oil consumption and filter replacement, thus reducing costs.
It does not leave any residue due to zinc-free additives.
It prevents unwanted water-oil emulsions in the system due to its ability to easily separate from water.
It provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion and very good disassembly.
It provides excellent resistance to deterioration at high temperatures.
It provides excellent protection against abrasion caused by friction.
It prevents deposit formation in oil lines and flow control mechanisms and it provides protection of valves and bearings
It has excellent water separation feature.
It helps to reduce energy consumption and lower operating temperatures.
It has superior working properties at low temperatures. Thus it prevents foaming by throwing out the air it takes in in a short time

Recommended for use in gears and bearings in the circulation systems of paper, steel oil, textile, lumber, and cement machinery, as well as in plastic extruder gearboxes.
