HYDROIL XL is a non-staining hydraulic system oil compatible with rolling oil specially developed for the hydraulic systems of aluminum rolling units. It is designed to minimize the staining that may occur on the aluminum sheet and foil by the leakage of hydraulic oil into the rolling system.
The anti-wear additives in HYDROIL XL show very good protective properties against rust and oxidation. Carefully selected fully-synthetic base oils provide low tendency to foaming and very good demulsibility. Compatible with broad variety of aluminum cold rolling oils.
HYDROIL XL , can be easily tolerated by rolling oils at annealing temperatures of 270-400 ºC without weakening its rolling and clean-annealing properties.
White oils, i.e. pharmaceutical white and technical white mineral oils, are highly refined mineral oils consisting of a high proportion of non-polar paraffinic hydrocarbons.
