CARINAL ZS SERIES

CARINAL ZS, is a fully synthetic, extreme-pressure lubricant developed for machinery used in the manufacture of aluminum sheet and foil. It provides excellent lubricity, increased oxidation, thermal and mechanical stability and excellent inherent high load carrying properties.

CARINAL ZS, does not cause stain problems on the metal surface after annealing even at high concentration in the rolling oil (more than 30%) where as mineral oil based lubricants exhibit a severe staining tendency even when admixed at 1% with the rolling oil.

CARINAL ZS, is used for lubrication of work and back-up bearings, ball and roller bearings with recirculating oil systems, ball and roller bearings with oil mist systems, mechanical screw-down gear drives with sump systems, unwind and rewind gearbox drives and main mill pinion stands with recirculation or sump systems, overhead bridge crane gear drives with sump system, separator rewind drive bearings with oils mist and sump systems as well as all types of gearboxes ranging from fractional to high-horsepower rolling mill drives in hot and cold aluminum rolling machinery.

CARINAL ZS, is suitable with most elastomeric materials used in seals and gaskets (Viton-mostly recommended, EPR, EPDM, Neoprene, Teflon, Silicone, Buna N, etc).
