PETRAL RW

PETRAL RW is developed as non toxic environmentally friendly rolling oil to fulfill extremely tight conditions of aluminum cold rolling applications. It has very low sulfur, low toxicity and low odor that makes PETRAL RW more advantageous to other base stock used in aluminum rolling applications. It contains properly selected mixure of specially treated dearomatized hydrocarbon pure and linear paraffinic base stocks with low sulfur content which provides good oxidation stability to avoid filter clogging in circulating systems, inherent lubricity and assures low evaporation loss and excellent cooling rates.

It is designed to be used as a cold rolling oil in aluminum sheet and foil production.

On the other hand, it has a wide range of metalworking applications, including steel and zinc pre-lubrication, interfacial protection of steel profiles and pipes, protection of copper and brass wires during storage and transportation, drawing and rolling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and cutting operations where non-EP straight oils are recommended.
