ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY BUILDING INVESTMENT OF 12 MILLION DOLLARS FROM PETROYAG

After leaving behind 20 successful years, Petroyag ve Kimyasallar Sanayi Ticaret ve Anonim Şirketi has moved into its new building. The company inaugurated its new facility, built with an investment of 12 million dollars, with a grand ceremony.

Founded in 1993 by Ünal Soysal in a 20-square-meter office to supply raw materials for our country’s industrial production, Petroyag was established with 100% domestic capital, identifying new products needed by the industry and creating application areas for them. With its investments, the company built a larger facility in Kartepe in 2000. Operating for many years in Köseköy, Kartepe district, the company has now invested 12 million dollars in a 13-decare plot it acquired in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, launching operations in a modern, civilian facility.

The facility, which will employ 63 personnel, was opened with a grand ceremony. The opening, held at the facility located on Gençlik Street in the Tembelova area of the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, was attended by Kocaeli Chamber of Industry President Ayhan Zeytinoğlu, Gebze Chamber of Commerce President Nail Çiler, Petroyag founder and Chairman of the Board Ünal Soysal, and a large group of guests, including representatives of other industrial enterprises in the region.
