Petroyag Achieves 51% Growth in Revenue and 30% in Exports

Petroyag Chairman of the Board Ünal Soysal stated that they hold a 7% share in the lubricants market and a 15% share in the industrial oil market, adding that in 2010, they achieved a 51% increase in revenue and a 30% increase in exports. Soysal noted that they aim for 20% growth in 2011.

Has - DBN Partnership Enters Istanbul with Atiye Residence Project

Ankara-based Has Metal and DBN Engineering have entered Istanbul after their success in the Ankara market. Rising in Kağıthane with an investment of 70 million TL, Atiye Residence will consist of 108 apartments, each in a 2+1 format with an area of 102 square meters. The project, where the square meter sales prices range between 5,000 and 6,000 TL, is scheduled to be delivered to residents in December 2017.

Speaking at the launch meeting of their first project in Istanbul, Atiye Residence, Chairman of the Board of the Has - DBN Investment Partnership, Nuri Bektaş, stated that Has Metal was founded in 1974 and has provided services to the construction sector in many areas, including construction materials sales, engineering, and contracting services. He added:

"After constructing the HM Commerce Center project in Ankara Yenimahalle, which includes 17 floors of office space, a 10-story hotel, and a shopping mall with a total construction area of 60,000 square meters, we brought to our country the West Gate project, located on Eskişehir Road across from Başkent University. This project covers 140,000 square meters of land, includes 746 residences and a 35,000-square-meter shopping mall, and is currently 90% sold. To transfer the experience we gained in land development to Istanbul’s real estate market, we joined forces with DBN Engineering."
