When you visit our Website, only the Mandatory Cookies mentioned above are used without requiring your consent. In this context, during your first visit—and when necessary, in subsequent visits—you will be presented with the “Cookie Management Panel” where you can view the types of Cookies used on our Website. For all cookies other than Mandatory Cookies, you can manage your preferences at any time by selecting the "on/active" or "off/inactive" options via the "Accept All," "Reject All," or "Manage My Preferences" buttons. You can also change your preferences at any time through this panel. Additionally, the panel can be accessed at any time via the “Cookie Management Panel” button located in the footer section of the homepage of our website.

Furthermore, most browsers automatically use their own Cookies without the control or intervention of PETROYAĞ. However, these browsers often provide the option to refuse Cookies or to display a warning before a Cookie is stored. The help function found in the menu of most web browsers explains how you can instruct your browser not to accept new Cookies, how it will notify you when a new Cookie is received, or how to disable Cookies altogether. For more detailed information, please contact your browser service provider directly or review their privacy and cookie policies.

Please note that any opt-out process will be saved via a Cookie stored on the browser where the refusal was made and will not be associated with your customer account. Therefore, this process must be repeated separately for each of your devices and each browser. If your browser deletes Cookies automatically after closing, the Cookies related to opt-out preferences (used to disable Cookies) will also be deleted.

You can find more information on managing Cookies in commonly used browsers via the links below:

For the purposes outlined above, PETROYAĞ may, in certain cases, transfer your processed personal data to third parties in accordance with the applicable legislation—particularly Article 8 of the Law—for the fulfillment of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, overriding legitimate interest, or based on your explicit consent, as a lawful basis.

In line with the purposes stated above, if you consent to third-party cookies originating from abroad, your personal data may be transferred outside of Turkey to these service providers—e.g., due to their use of servers located abroad—in accordance with Article 9 of the Law and based on appropriate safeguards.

Recipient groups:
