The HYDROIL XL Series is a specially formulated from next-gen raw materials for the hydraulic system of aluminium rolling machines, with additional non-stain features compatible with rolling oil and fully synthetic hydraulic system oils.
The HYDROIL XL Series has been designed to minimise staining on aluminium sheets and foil, often caused by the infiltration of hydraulic oil into the rolling system. It contains special additives to minimise wear and has been developed to inhibit rust and oxidation. The carefully selected fully synthetic base oils exhibit a very low tendency to foam and retain good demulsibility. Compatible with a broad variety of cold aluminium rolling oils, the HYDROIL XL Series is fully compatible with Petroyag Lubricants’ aluminıum cold rolling fluids.
The Series can be tolerated by most rolling oils without impairing the rolling efficiency or clean annealing properties at temperatures ranging from 270 to 400 °C – the temperatures normally employed for full annealing of aluminium.
