OUR MANAGEMENT POLICY

Our company aims to contribute to increase the productivity of its customers. In addition to this primary objective, we will continuously,

Train our employees on quality, cost, efficiency, customer orientation, energy management and Occupational Health and Safety, environmental safety, food safety, international supply chain security and delivery chain compliance in order to continuously improve our company's performance.

We will comply with legal and other requirements. We will meet the necessary resource and infrastructure requirements to increase the effectiveness of our Integrated Management Systems.

LABORATORY QUALITY POLICY

In line with its vision, mission, strategic objectives, and goals, our laboratory is committed to delivering its services in compliance with national and international standards, in a reliable, fast, systematic, detailed, and analytical manner.

In our testing activities; to increase customer and employee satisfaction and continuously improve service quality without compromising the principles of integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality.

To ensure the traceability of reference standards within national and international systems, to perform measurements and analyses in accordance with globally accepted methods, and to closely follow technological developments for these analyses.

To commit to providing services at a level and quality that meet the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” standard within our quality policy.

To provide continuous and reliable laboratory services through inter-laboratory comparisons, in line with customer expectations.

To ensure that documented procedures and instructions within the laboratory are communicated to employees, and that all laboratory personnel internalize the quality system documents and perform measurements and analyses in accordance with these written procedures and principles, and to monitor this process.

To possess the best equipment and materials in order to achieve excellent results in measurement, analysis, and testing quality.

To protect customer confidential information and proprietary rights, act impartially, and operate in accordance with business ethics.

To seek continuous improvement by investing in people through ongoing training aimed at developing employees’ technical, managerial, and behavioral competencies.

To provide the necessary personnel and resources for the continuous improvement of our laboratory, to review the conformity of our system established in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, and to set and monitor objectives in line with our policies and strategies to ensure continuity.
