PETRAL ADD

The PETRAL ADD Series is an additive package that comes in liquid form. It is designed to increase the lubrication performance of rolling oil during the aluminium cold rolling process. This Series is not only easy to use, but also it enhances the final product by providing a better surface quality. It is applied simply by mixing it in with the rolling oil.

The PETRAL ADD Series works by reducing the friction coefficient between the metal surface and rolls during the aluminium cold rolling process. The products remain effective under challenging conditions, maintaining their features even at very high speeds and under extreme loads.

This Series combines ester, fatty alcohol and acid formulations to fully meet the needs of different types of products. It conforms with FDA 21.CFR.178.3910(a) regulations.

The PETRAL ADD Series usage rate can vary between 1-7 % depending on its application and process.
